Wet Strip Machine 150 110v

The SMH Wet Strip Machine (WSM) delivers the controlled wetting of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) by multipoint injection, or spraying of liquid to suppress the release of airborne asbestos fibres.

The machines are typically used to remove sprayed coatings, insulating boards, thermal insulation and coatings on pipes, tanks, and vessels. All SMH wet strip machines comply with BS EN 8520-1:2009.

The WSM 150 has a storage tank of 150L, allowing enough wet stripping liquid to be mixed for jobs of various sizes. The machine is supplied with a separate Control Manifold with 4 outputs, to allow for various needle or spraying configurations.

30m of braided hose is also included so that you can easily move the Control Manifold around the job site without having to move the machine!

The machine delivers sufficient pressure to deliver surfactant evenly across up to 200 needles. The accompanying SMH needles (available separately) offer quick-release fittings for a fast and easy set up, with a built in flow-control valve.
