DCU 151 Pro Guardian

The DCU 151 Pro Guardian is an upgrade to the standard SMH 151 decontamination unit (DCU). The Pro and Guardian upgrades include added features to improve the working environment, make things easier on site and give the highest level of security and safety for employees.

The DCU Pro is an upgrade to the standard 151 unit and includes a range of improvements to streamline decontamination and ensure comfort and efficiency on any site. New features include a larger 'clean' room, additional storage, shoe rack, integrated change-over switch and premium jockey wheel.

For maximum security, the Guardian upgrade adds an electro-magnetic door lock, a panic alarm with external siren and flashing LED, slam locks that secure automatically, and a key-override switch for emergency access. These measures safeguard personnel and equipment, instilling confidence in high-risk environments.

The unit has been designed and built to exceed the requirements of the UK's asbestos removal regulations, and consists of three stages - a 'clean', 'shower' and 'dirty' zone. The DCU includes self-closing doors to maintain the integrity of the decontamination process, and is easy to maintain when on site with external access to generator, water pump, waste water filter system and gas bottle.

Manufactured at an ISO 9001 quality assured site. The vehicle conforms to Whole Type Vehicle Approval for Vehicle Category SA02.
